Fees are charged at an hourly rate per person and are payable in advance using the IBAN supplied on the invoice provided.

Most frequently, the employer covers the cost of mediation. Otherwise, each party in the dispute makes payment on their own behalf.

STAGES OF MEDIATION
1. One-to-one pre-mediation conversations between the Mediator and each party in the conflict.
2. The Mediation Session(s) in which the Mediator facilitates the parties in examining problems and reaching a resolution that is satisfactory for each party. Mediation sessions are offered on a secure virtual platform.
3. Written Agreement
